Can you imagine sitting in a movie theater?
Eat your popcorn, probably with friends.
The lights go dark and a preview starts.

The music starts up, the screen reads.

Once there was a girl named Alice…

You see a little girl holding a stuffed rabbit.

She had everything in the world…

You see the same little girl walking with her sister and parents.

Even Imaginary friends…

The little girl is talking with the Mad Hatter, March Hare, Dormouse, and Cheshire Cat.

Until that fateful night…

She is taken to an ambulance, severely burn, clutching her rabbit.

Many years have passed…and she’s been sucked inward into her own world.

A young woman now walks through a forest.

But many things have changed…in her Wonderland.

The young woman is wielding the Vorpal Blade as the Cheshire’s voice echoes.

“The Vorpal Blade is swift and keen—”

Alice begins fighting and killing off Card Guards in grotesque ways.

“And always ready for service…”

The screen fades to black again, and the screen begins to read

Even I need to be reminded of some of these things occasionally.
